RESTAURANT CONCEPT: THE CANNERY

The Cannery is for all of us whose eyes are bigger than our expertise, who go to farms and farmer’s markets with the best of intentions. We want to eat well, to do the right thing, but we have no time and our kitchens are the size of small closets. We buy heaps of fresh fruit and produce, only to see most of it go to waste before we can do anything with it.

The Cannery translates the joy of fresh-picked fruits and vegetables into gloriously fresh and delicious foods. Bring in your fruits and vegetables and we will transform them into delectable, ready-to-eat preserves, baked goods, sides and dishes.
